1. This promotion is open to NEW Nourkrin® CUSTOMERS ONLY.
   You must be a UK or ROI resident and aged 18 or over.
   Pharma Medico Group employees, their immediate families and/or anyone professionally connected with the Nourkrin® brand or this promotion are not eligible to apply. For the avoidance of doubt, customers who have already purchased or tested Nourkrin® products shall be excluded from this offer.
2. If after using Nourkrin® Woman for a minimum of 180 days (in line with the instructions supplied with your purchase), you are unsatisfied with our product’s performance, Pharma Medico Ltd will refund the actual price paid by you for the product up to a maximum of £227.95 in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Our Money Back Guarantee will only be available to customers who purchased a minimum of 180 days of products directly on our website, www.nourkrin.co.uk.
4. To obtain your refund, please write to us at:
   REFUND, Pharma Medico Ltd, Unit 42 Park Hall Business Village, Park Hall Road, Longton, Staffs. ST3 5XA.
   Providing your full name*, address, telephone number and enclose the following original materials:
   a) A photo of your hair condition ‘problem area’ taken the day you start using the product
   b) 2 original empty boxes of Nourkrin® Woman 180 tablets as purchased
   c) All 12 empty original blister trays with lot numbers matching the lot numbers on the boxes (see clause 4b above)
   d) Valid original receipt(s) showing that the product was purchased directly from www.nourkrin.co.uk
   e) A photo of the same hair ‘problem area’ (see clause 4a above) at the end of the treatment
   f) Your completed return form, which can be downloaded from the top of this page, for printing.
   *Note: We will be raising cheque refunds and therefore require the exact payee name as stated on your particular method of payment.
5. Submissions for a refund must be received by us no later than 7 calendar months from the date you first purchased Nourkrin® Woman from our website.
6. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late submissions for a refund will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed forms and/or their contents.
7. Pharma Medico Ltd will be responsible for all postage costs of sending the refund to you.
8. Pharma Medico Ltd will provide refunds within 28 days of receipt of a completed form together with the items listed in clause 5 above.
9. This guarantee does not affect your legal rights. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
10. Pharma Medico Ltd reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
11. By submitting a refund request you will be deemed to have accepted and become bound by these Terms and Conditions.
12. English law applies and the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
